I cannot say enough good things about Kristen. We were looking to sell some family property on the North Carolina state line. We did not know who we could talk to. We were concerned because it was far away. Kristen was able to give us a great referral, easy peasy. Within 48 hours the selling agent contacted us. They already had all the info, due to great communication on Kristen's part. We had 4 offers in the first week, and a great sale. Kristen really cared that we were happy. She even checked back to be sure, that everything went well.

My experience with her exceeded my expectations. This was my first time working with a realtor for anything. I wasn't sure if she would be able to help me find a rental property, but was thrilled when I found out she could. I was making a 10 hour move and had a limited amount of time to find a place. She made great efforts to work around my schedule. She was also very proactive in keeping in touch and making sure that I had all the relevant information. She always relayed information to me as soon as she got it. It didn't seem like there was any hesitation in her efforts to help. Not only was she professional, but she was also very personable and kind! Kristen was encouraging when things got hard with the rental search. We decided to sell our house in Ga while we were stationed in CT. Kristen explained step by step the process that needed to happen to turn our house from a rental to being able to list it on the market.
